Getting
the most out of your cell phone battery
Obviously, without your
cell phone battery, your phone is not going to be useful when you’re
on the run. In order to keep your cellular functional as often as you
need it to be, you need to take better care of your cell phone batteries.
Ways to do this include: • Clean the contacts, • Use your cell phone
battery,
• Don’t put in hot places, • Charge and discharge cellular phone
batteries properly.
Cleaning the contacts of
your cell phone battery is not something you need to do on a weekly
basis, but it will help your cellular if you keep the contacts clean.
Take a look at your cellular contacts and see if they could use a little
bit of an alcohol rub. If you don’t use your battery or your phone,
your battery is going to lose it’s ability to stay charged. Even if
you are not using your phone, now and again, use the cellular and it’s
battery just to keep it alive.
Keeping your cell phone
battery in a cool place will help to keep it safe. Seems like common
sense, but better safe than sorry. Lastly, charge and discharge your
cellular phone batteries properly, especially the first few times you do it
after purchasing the phone. Not doing so will make your cell phone
batteries ill
equipped to handle a full charge or retain it. Your cellular may be your
life line, so you may want to spend a little extra time taking care of
it.
