free cell phones you’ll be happy with
Usually when something is
advertised as free, you figure the company wouldn’t dare charge for
it! This is not always true with free cell phones. In fact, one of the
best phones I’ve ever received, was one of the only ones I didn’t
pay for. Many of these free cell phones come as promotional offers to
get your business. Companies can afford to give away a decent phone
because there is always a catch, not that it’s always a bad thing.
In most instances, the
catch with free cell phones is that you pay the activation fee and
choose a plan which binds you to that particular company for a given
period of time, generally two to three years. This may sound like a lot,
but time goes extremely fast and if you’re on a good plan, you may
want to stay on it. I was intimidated the first time I signed up for
three years, but I had free evenings and weekends, completely unlimited
for about twenty dollars a month. When the three years was up they no
longer offered that particular plan and I wished I had of signed up for
about six years!
Though often you choose
free cell phones from a limited selection, you are still given a number
of options. You, of course, get better phones by paying top dollar, but
the phones you get for free can give you all that you need. If getting a
cell phone is not a rush for you at the moment, check out the various
companies and look into any promotional offers they might have. Remember
to compare the phones, the plans, and the price before making your
decision.
