prepaid cell phones is that you have no contract, no annual fee, and
often no activation charge. Although many plans out there are wonderful,
most require that you sign up for a period, usually years, of time. With

work on a pay as you go basis. You buy phone cards and put money into
the phone. Some companies offer the ability to transfer your minutes,
some only let you transfer if you do it before your time is up on that
