With
prepaid cellular you can save money
Every month I get this
bill and I wonder why I opted for a monthly cellular plan. Rather than
choosing prepaid cellular, I chose to have a cellular package which
included minutes that I do not use, forcing me to pay a standard monthly
fee. Unlike prepaid cellular, if I use the minutes or under the allotted
minutes I am still charged the same fee. With the prepaid option, you
can easily save money.
Of course, choosing the
prepaid cellular option requires that you have different usage needs for
your phone than someone who would choose a plan. You may use if for
driving, incase you get a flat or are lost. You may use your phone just
to keep in touch with your daughter, whose curfew has, begrudgingly,
just been extended. The point is, you are not using the cellular phone
for every day, high volume purposes.
If this is the case, then
you are a perfect candidate for prepaid cellular. You pay for cell phone
cards that have prepaid minutes on them. If you use those minutes fine,
if not, you’re still paying less than the average monthly cellular
plan bill (which, as far as I can tell, is at least $45.00). Many people
don’t purchase cell phones because they figure they are too much per
month for what they need, but now you have a new option that’s just in
your price range.
